    练愈加的好处

          瑜伽起源于五千多年的印度,现在流行于世界。它是古印度体育文化的精髓,是东方最古老的强身术之一,并具备净化心灵的作用。根据印度瑜伽师们的观点,瑜伽就是模仿动物或植物的形态来锻炼身体,是人类智慧的结晶。瑜伽是印度先贤在最深沉的观想和静定状态下,从直觉感悟,认识生命的方法。
         根据世界卫生组织对健康人群的统计,1/3以上的人群正处在健康和患病之间的过渡状态,国内常称之为亚健康状态。这种亚健康状态突出表现在:
        
    一、体形大多会体态肥胖,容颜大多会脸色灰暗。
    二、精神不振、情绪低沉、反应迟钝、失眠多梦、白天困倦、注意力不集中、记忆力减退、烦躁、紧张、易受惊吓等状态。
    三、生理上表现为疲劳、乏力、活动时气短、易腰酸腿疼等。此外,有时还可能会出现心血管系统症状,如心悸、心律不齐。
         瑜伽练习可以让人的肌肉系统、精神系统、内分泌系统、消化系统都非常有益。瑜伽练习可以使你做完器械后的肌肉放松下来,帮助舒展肌肉线条。可以帮助人的体形变得更匀称、线条优美;同时还有安静神经的功效,不少人练习后都会减少疲劳感。重要的是练瑜伽还可以平衡你得身体中各种腺体,从生理到心理都得到舒缓;瑜伽动作中大量得前弯、后仰、扭斜腹、挤等动作,可以按摩人的内脏器官,对消化是非常有益的,有些瑜伽姿势还可以治疗一些像胆结石、腰肌劳损等疾病。
         瑜伽练习的关键是放松,尤其是是心态的放松,(伸展到你最舒服得位置,你能做到哪就在哪儿控制一会,不要强迫自己感到不舒服)。意识的松弛带来肢体的放松,气血才能通畅,经脉不受阻碍才能理疗治病,才能减肥瘦形,才能提升精神和灵性。没有放松就没有没有进步,更达不到预期的效果。练习完后要感觉充满活力,精力充沛那么你在练习的时候就放松了!
         瑜伽很重视呼吸,特别是重呼气,呼气时想象身体的毒素排除体外,呼气要吐尽,吸气想象宇宙间的新鲜能量进入身体的所有细胞里,如果能在胸腔憋一下,意在让新鲜能量走遍你身体的七万二千条经络,不过这也是要根据每一个动作不同的要求,有的瑜伽体位需要悬吸(即屏气,分为内悬息和外悬息)。
         练习瑜伽一段时间后你会发现瑜伽给你的身体生活带来更多的好处!!
